Microstudio Apartments: Claustrophobics Need Not Apply
One would be hard pressed to find someone who was thrilled to live in their apartment. From apartments just being tiny, to loud neighbors- apartment life just isn’t for everyone.
Some people though, seem to like the cramped spaces. Below are some people who took that to the extreme, and really the photos below aren’t for the claustrophobic.
While even those who may love smaller spaces (myself included) may find the below to be pushing it a bit.
Smallest in The Big Apple

The couple (and their cats) above must have really liked college. Their apartment cost over $150,000 (£92115) and is a whopping 175 square feet.
Sure, laugh at the Americans for a moment. Man they paid too much for the space right? Well, as a people of late we aren’t exactly known
for our money management skills.
Oh haha.
The Closet Near Harrods

That lovely image above is showing the entire apartment. A cozy 77 feet. Sure, but being near Harrods would be great! London!
Well, it’s also a modest $335,000, (£214935) so there’s that.
London’s (Possible) Smallest Apartment
The apartment below makes the 175 square feet look downright huge.

Ranking in a positively miniscule 62 square feet, the above ranks at what could (hopefully) be the smallest apartment in London. Cramped doesn’t begin to cover it.
It’s a much cheaper unit, the only apartment on this list that is logically priced. It’s $274 a month (£168.26), so at least it is economical.
Closet Living
Hey, money is tight for many people, and Sergio Santos, wanted to cut costs. He was paying $1,100 a month for rent in, too much in his eyes. So, Sergio downgraded.

To this 77 square foot closet. At $150 a month, he did succeed.
